Please perform requirement #2 (to prepare a budget and track money).  If this cannot be performed before the clinic, the merit badge counselor is willing to help scouts by providing a prompt to do the the budget requirement over the first three months of 2010.

Please read the merit badge booklet and print a copy of the merit badge requirements (this can be done by clicking on the picture of the Personal Management Merit Badge Picture).
